This is the second time I placed an online order specifically with this older African American employee being there and him saying he doesn’t have my food or can’t make it even when I’m showing him the confirmation/receipts of purchase. I placed an order once before in the afternoon and a Hispanic employee specifically had my order ready to obtain when I went to pick it up. This is probably one of the worst subways on my side. There's no people for service accept one and there's a line of people usually waiting at the seats for service. This place is THE last resort to eat
Best subway in the city!
Okay for quick lunch/ late meal for them being 24hrs but the glass makes it hard to order and I’m not sure how much I trust the food the way it sits uncovered. I usually just go turkey simple sub anyway tho. I am sad they canceled the spinach wraps.
