Got the subway club, sour spoiled taste, bread stale, ask for light oil and vinegar, bread drenched. Long receipt laying over tomatoes,lids dirty.very disappointed
I haven't been to this location in probably about a year but I used to have no problems. I placed an order online even gave a tip and when I go in to pick it up and the girl I wish I would have gotten her name was so rude and then she just takes my bag and sets it on the opposite side of the room by the register I guess their policy dictates it has to be on camera and there's not a camera at the entrance where I was standing? Giving a huge shout out to The young lady that was doing her job and then some today 08/29/2026 all by herself running the inside the drive thru and still was polite and had great customer service.
The people who work here don’t give a damn about your food
I have a disability. I made that known the minute I walked in this place. I can't read the tiny print or the extra crap they print on the signs. They sold me a sandwich with cold roast beef, provolone and a ton of white, sweet garbage that tasted like rotten milk. My dog wouldn't even eat it. They had no way to make a usual toasted sandwich because their toaster has been broken for weeks. Final cost was like $16. I'll be seeing you soon.
