Completely messed up my order of 2 subs. Almost as though I was given a different order. The only thing that was right was the 2 drinks I ordered. Lucky I didn't have allergies since they put on things I didn't request and didn't put on the items I did request.
11/08/25 10:22am Ordered a 12' Ham sub and 6' Italian BMT, recieved a 12' Egg and a 12' Chicken Classic. Suspected overwhelmed or incompetent trainee. Read the receipts, bag the food correctly. It isn't hard especially at a time where there are 2 people on shift. Disappointed
Staff is extremely kind. I think it was Heidi who attended me, he gave me an excellent service.
Please, either make the order correctly, or just refund the item. I’m physically disabled so sometimes the only way I can eat is through food delivery. And yet so often I get the wrong item/ missing items etc. And I can’t ever seem to get a refund. Please remember there are humans behind the online orders. I don’t know if you workers realise you’re wasting our money.
