Almost every time I order from this place it has been great. When the cookies I've asked for aren't available, there's always a little apology written on the bag and a smile
This is by far the best subway I've been too. I refuse to go to any other store in Caboolture/Morayfield but I decided to give this one a go, especially since every other store I've had bad service or bad food. The food was prepared quickly but not sloppy. The staff were friendly and made the experience pleasant. If you are going to a subway in the area, I definitely recommend this store.
Whilst putting sauce on i said that is enough however staff member continued to put sauce on overall very poor service and food very average
Had one of the worst experiences tonight at the morayfield shire store. 3 people working and 1 of them being new. I’m all for training and hiring new people but when it takes almost 20mins from start to finish for 3 subs and the mini garlic bread item it’s quite sad. The 2 other people doing rings around him and not helping him at all. No expression or enthusiasm from our server. Ordered a steak and cheese and received a chicken classic with bacon. When I tried to make a complaint or ask for a refund, there was no way to do so through the app. All I could do was call the store. They told me they made that instead as they don’t have any steak right now. I would have much rathered they cancelled and refunded my order or even called to give me a chance to choose my replacement instead of delivering something I’m not going to eat and have now paid for as it was a $25 sub.
