We were pretty disappointed with the amount of salad they put on our subways, we spent over $100 and didn't have every salad on each subway but there was literally the tiniest sprinkle of each salad we asked for. Also you pay extra for beetroot and they put a couple of little pieces on each. We normally go to another subway where you get what you pay for, so will definitely be sticking to our regular store from now on. The staff were not friendly at all either
Came in just past 9 and order a 6 inch and salad Got told there wasn’t any Italian rolls which is fine so I get white bread and it was the most stale old bread he had given me, then comes the salad I asked for extra pickles didn’t get them and ordered blue cheese sauce and gave me a tiny bit and I didn’t ask for salt and pepper but he put it on there any way and to top it all off the guy keeped coughing and didn’t cover his mouth and had snot running down his nose this was appalling I would like a full refund on my order
Opening times on both the front of store, their website and uber eats say closes at 11.30pm in Thursday. Turn up at 9.45pm and the doors locked with staff saying they're closed.
Almost every time I order from this place it has been great. When the cookies I've asked for aren't available, there's always a little apology written on the bag and a smile
This is by far the best subway I've been too. I refuse to go to any other store in Caboolture/Morayfield but I decided to give this one a go, especially since every other store I've had bad service or bad food. The food was prepared quickly but not sloppy. The staff were friendly and made the experience pleasant. If you are going to a subway in the area, I definitely recommend this store.
