ordered a few weeks ago, complained online multiple times and still haven’t heard back. my order was completely wrong and included something i’m allergic to which i had specifically made sure i didn’t get for obvious reasons. Not having heard back any of the times ive put in a complaint, makes it even worse.
Walked in to order, and was told in these exact words "We've got a lot of online orders so youll be waiting half an hour" Asked why online orders come before in store people standing waiting and was told "because theyve paid" in the most arrogant, rude tone. Wow, when did customer service become so horrid around here.
Portion sizes - Ridiculously low, ordered large wrap but the portions were not even worth for a small wrap Service - Staff looked frustrated and unhappy to serve customers Ruined the dinner
I purchased three cookies subway. I got zero delivered to me. Do better. I want my damn cookies
Was great except the last time I went they shut an hour early.
