6th of August 12:40-1:05 Walked in very busy, hardly any stock, The 2 girls at the front Bella and another girl, Working hard. Manager out the front of the store on the phone atleast 15 people in the store. Walks in tells them to keep working and said she will go do reports/manager stuff. Didn’t offer hey do you guys need help. Never seen such terrible management. I feel bad for the staff. Keep up the good work girls I saw you. Others did to. You did a good job even if your crappy manager didn’t help.
Went through the whole process, made my whole sub, only for them not to have almost any sauces?? Wouldn’t you tell customers this before you’ve made the entire order? So now they feel obliged to pay. Common sense? Plus it was barely midday. Either poor planning or too lazy to refill the sauces. Lovely dry $20 sandwich and stale cookie. I think workers forget that customers are real people with real money they’re playing with.
Young man on service today at lunch time seemed very proficient, although he didn't directly serve me or make my order, whilst waiting for my sandwich I couldn't help but notice the presentation and customer service were equally exceptional which is pretty rare in fast food.
Subs often stale and their prices are higher than everywhere else.
Awesome server named Josh was working at 6. Absolutely amazing guy. 10/10 hope to meet him again soon. One piece fan too loved the interaction
