Young man on service today at lunch time seemed very proficient, although he didn't directly serve me or make my order, whilst waiting for my sandwich I couldn't help but notice the presentation and customer service were equally exceptional which is pretty rare in fast food.
Subs often stale and their prices are higher than everywhere else.
Awesome server named Josh was working at 6. Absolutely amazing guy. 10/10 hope to meet him again soon. One piece fan too loved the interaction
Girl serving had no interest in being there and it clearly showed in their poor customer service. She didn’t acknowledge us when we walked in and we were the only ones there. Continued to do an Uber order in a slow fashion and left us hanging. When she did serve us we were told that there wasn’t any tomato or cucumber available and no BBQ Sauce. Asked for my roll to be a bit extra toasted and it was done to a hardened crisp. Very disappointing
Missing onion cucumber had none prepared at all.
