Not my favorite subway. It is very busy and not real friendly and often doesn't look as clean as others.
I stopped going to this restaurant because I was ridiculed every time I ordered my sandwich for what I ordered. I just couldn’t take it anymore. It was from a woman that had an accent. She would constantly complain about my order. I simply asked for One scoop of tuna instead of two. She had a major problem with it and let me know every single time. Thanks, but no thanks. By the way, I order my sandwich this way every time at other subways and they don’t even blink an eye at it. 🤷🏼♀️
Lunch time. There was a line. Finally, at the register after 20 minutes. I was told they no longer accept subway coupons. Could have put up a sign at the beginning of the line. The owner must be a complete idiot to piss off customers and have his employees deal with angy customers. I let them keep the sandwich. Will never go back.
I got home from a 30 mile round-trip to Subway in manacua. When I opened my order, it was tuna. Wrap not a rotisserie style chicken wrap. I checked my receipt to make sure I oiled rotisserie style chicken wrap. I called Subway, talked to the manager. He told me not to have attitude cause he made the sandwich himself. He told me I did not have tuna in my sandwich. Tuna is a distinct smell. It was tuna, my husband tasted it. It was tuna, it was not a Chicken Sandwich. He was rude belligerent.
