I didn't have a good experience at the subway location either. The employee said that my sub wasn't paid for after I ordered it online and paid for it. When my receipt came through she told me it wasn't for my sandwich that it belonged to someone else. Didn't really seem to know what she was doing.

So I walked in, and the lady working told me that I was gonna have to wait ten minutes before she could do my order because she was working on a to go order. I said I couldn't wait that long, so I left. You don't have only one person working there, and you don't tell customers that walk in that they have to wait ten minutes.

The older woman working behind was beyond rude. Talked to me like I was a child and kept telling me “to sit down” like I was a dog and how she wasn’t ready for me, mind you I came in for a pick up I ordered online. Not once did she ask if I was there for an order and took forever on my order where the “ supposedly time” was wrong because of her. Another customer came in after and she was nice to them but not me.

If I could give 0 stars for this location, I would do it in a heartbeat. First, the parking lot and sidewalk could use a good salting. Everything covered in ice and it was hard to walk inside and back out to my car. Then, the older lady who was there, was not very customer friendly. She did not fill up the sandwiches that I got. She barely gave any toppings as well. One of my sandwiches had 2 slices of provolone cheese. 2!! She also didn't seem to understand the concept of what a meal price is.
