The older woman working behind was beyond rude. Talked to me like I was a child and kept telling me “to sit down” like I was a dog and how she wasn’t ready for me, mind you I came in for a pick up I ordered online. Not once did she ask if I was there for an order and took forever on my order where the “ supposedly time” was wrong because of her. Another customer came in after and she was nice to them but not me.
If I could give 0 stars for this location, I would do it in a heartbeat. First, the parking lot and sidewalk could use a good salting. Everything covered in ice and it was hard to walk inside and back out to my car. Then, the older lady who was there, was not very customer friendly. She did not fill up the sandwiches that I got. First, I wanna say the older white lady That works there was very rude. I told her that she made my sandwich wrong. She rolled her eyes at me… Then she forgot the bacon on my sandwich which all I asked her was hey can you put the bacon on my sandwich? She said it doesn’t come with it, but I had got two American clubs that come with bacon.. After that, she remade my sandwich and took the knife and scrape the mayonnaise and mustard from the palm of her hands and put it on my sandwich. The older lady working IS VERY SLOW. She doesn’t seem to know what she’s doing. The last couple times I have ordered online & it’s never ready. And please read the request we make when placing order!!! So frustrating.
Ordered multigrain bread, it was crusty and hard to chew. Disappointed with quality
