I went there for lunch during non busy time (around 3pm) and the customer service was TERRIBLE. I was in line waiting for order and the girl at front was just totally ignored me. No welcome no eye contact. After being told to help me she took half of my order and just went straight to ask other customers. Never come back there
I’ve been seeing a lot of things about how they are rude, but my experience was overall good, they ask questions and they get the job done! I liked it even though people say “Don’t recommend” honestly they all just got a power trip lol
I had my husband pick me up a sandwich from the subway on base and the one lady working was extremely rude and disrespectful, not to mention got my order completely wrong. I looked at the subway website to make sure I told my husband the exact name of the sandwich to make it easier for him. Served me spoiled olives and avocado. Messed up my order more than once. Tried giving this subway 3 chances, super rude. Told me to shut up when wanting to add to my order.
I noticed that the servers don't change their gloves. The one who helped me went to help other customer and she got the customer card with gloves on and give back the receipt with gloves on and went bsck to help me again. I thought she would change her gloves but end up using same gloves! so disgusting! They should have food handling trainings. I spent $17.68 and end up tossing it.
