The young female staff was friendly but the lady she seems like owner or manager, she was very rude. Would give zero star customer service if I can. I used to work at Subway so I always be in my best manners but all I got was patronising attitude and unprofessional service. Even if you had a busy and stressful day that doesn’t mean you should take it out on other people. Just don’t work.
Always have a great experience when i come here. Staff are lovely, food is always made how I like it and cookies are always fresh ♀️
