Absolutely appalling customer service, little to no salads when asked for more salad was ment with a negative grunt and she was very reluctant to add more. Will NEVER return to this store

Over toasted and dry, very light on the toppings, no onions, other salads also not topped up in the salad bar. In their defence, it was very busy with a long wait time, a new person working and no-one restocking. The lady before me left her order and walked out as well. It might work better for them if they delegated the most efficient workers to do the more time consuming tasks while it’s busy, and teach the newer staff when there are only a couple people in store.

Second time been here before midday and what do you know? Again don’t have anymore Italian herbs and cheese bread and white bread. Staff more focused on doing stuff with till than customers just waiting. Being in a shopping centre, I expect more. Staff don’t care. And they even left out prep from previous people so they don’t clean after themselves. Not going to this subway anymore

partner and i went in for lunch today. we were the only ones in the store, but somehow still waited almost 10 minutes to be served or even acknowledged. there were about 4 team members that had all looked at us, but didn’t want to bother even acknowledging our existence. not a hello, not a “be with you in a minute”; nothing. it got to the point where my partner had to ask to be served. what a joke.
