Stupid app messed up can't cancel order. Tried calling the store 15 times over the course of 1 hour and no one answered. I tried to cancel the order via app, calling and even chat. I just want my money back!!!!
I had a coupon on the app and when I tried to use it the guy working said we aren’t trained on coupons in the app so I couldn’t use it. no where on the coupon says you had to use on the app only. worker was rude about it
The bread was left out and was hard, no communication between the two staff people and one of them only cared about leaving work on time .
