Haven’t ordered here in more than 6 months as a colleague received a mouldy wrap which turned me off for a long time. Decided to order myself a subway through their app. Staff mustn’t have read my collection time as my toasted subway was cold when I received it. I chose the meal deal option and was given the wrong drink and cookie. Not sure if staff can’t read and this is why I had so many mistakes with my order.
