I’ve come to this subway every 2 weeks for the last 2 years. The food is consistently great quality. They keep their ingredients fresh and take great care preparing the best version of these sandwiches. If you are craving Subway, this is the one you want!
Ordered a sandwich from here and they gave me no cheese and instead put mayonnaise along with another sauce I did not want. I had to throw it out.
Well it started out at the drive-thru. We waited for some to say something on the speaker. But they never said anything. We went inside and was ready to order. Well again no body showed up. We went to the restroom and when we came out. Suprise someone was there. We ordered basic protein wraps and I asked for water. Then I told him 3 time to go ahead and give me the cups so we could fill them while he makes the wraps. One star didn’t have fresh lettuce and very soggy and couldn’t understand them took so long to get to us and very disrespectful
I ordered in the app and it sent my order to this location. This location is not near me. So I tried to cancel in the app. There is no way. So I called the location to ask the gentleman who answered if I could cancel it. He not only was rude to me. Cutting me off and not letting me talk but he hung up on me 3 times. The 2nd and 3rd time I called I was asking to speak to someone else. He was very unprofessional.
