The only complaint about our experience there was that the lettuce was brown. The manager explained it comes that way off the truck. However, I noticed the cold box was literally so cold the container the lettuce was in actually had frost on the back side of it. I went with the spinach instead that appeared a tastier option.
I mean it's subway you get what you expect sandwiches are good and the place is clean so that's a plus
The two guys there are very friendly. 5/5 highly recommended
