This Subway has ongoing issues with basic order accuracy and customer service. Most employees do not follow simple instructions and become rude or dismissive when corrected. Asking for a few pickles results in far too many, a little mayo turns into a large glob, and meat portions are often wrong. The only employee who consistently makes sandwiches correctly is Jewel — she actually listens. Unfortunately, others (especially Amanda) repeatedly ignore directions, making this location frustrating and unreliable.
Jewel was an absolute pleasure! She was the sweetest person! Smiled the entire time and was helpful with her co-worker showing her how to do something new but also made sure the customers were taken care of in a timely manner. We need more people like her!
Updated review: I had a wonderful experience today with Carrie and Tonya. They served my wife and I with a smile. They made every customers sandwich with skill and speed while making us laugh. Hi stopped in on yesterday. 09-15-25 @ 2:30 pm. Took a late lunch. I really didn’t appreciate the service of got yesterday. The server could have cared less about serving. He rushed me. However he was too busy talking on his Ray Ban blue glasses. I asked if he could slice the tamatoe in half. He said we do not do that.I asked for chips he said were out! I don’t live in Tallassee. Food was great. Ordered online. They didn't have any bottled drink choices in stock except Pepsi Zero and 1 flavor Gatorade. It was the weekend so maybe that had something to do with it. The cashier was courteous when I questioned if there was other choices, confirmed their wasn't and offered fountain drinks instead. The staff seemed to be working hard to complete orders and the restaurant was clean.
