I stopped at this Subway inside the Pilot in Indiana hoping to grab something to eat, but the experience was very disappointing. When I walked up, a Pilot employee and a Subway worker were standing there talking. The Pilot employee told me to go ahead and order, so I stepped up to the counter. However, the Subway employee turned away from me on purpose and continued her conversation instead of helping me. I stood there for about 5 minutes waiting to be acknowledged — not even a simple “I’ll be with you in a moment.” Nothing.... read more
"Manager" came out from the back and took over from the guy who was making my sub because apparently "he wasnt doing it right" then proceeded to nearly put the wrong stuff on the sub, before smothering it in excessive amounts of sauce. Wound up being sopping wet and almost unbeatable.
