I over looked the brown lettuce, and lack of selection but the rude lady behind the counter is why it gets the 2 star. You work in customer service. You need to remember that while you are at work. Your attitude needs an adjustment.
The snaggle-toothed lady you have making sandwiches is rude and refuses to toast sandwiches “because the bread is too hard and they don’t do that at this location”. I’ve literally never heard of that, in any Subway. Not only did she tell me they couldn’t toast my bread but I couldn’t order a kids meal with Italian herbs and cheese bread. Her exact words were “Italian or wheat” and I asked again “Italian herbs and cheese please”. I didn't realize they had changed to Pepsi products and there was no tea. Not sure if they got rid of the tea or didn't have any brewed. Service was excellent and quick.
Great service, the food was fresh and hot. Nice friendly staff 👌
