How rude! I order by app but they didn’t prepare it on time. That was no problem. But Staff left my bread on oven and gone. My bread took out from another staff and left it about 10min. Anyway It was cold.
The guy that was working around 11:30am today was as horrible. He was extremely passive aggressive to his co worker and made me very uncomfortable when he would belittle the other guy when trying to make my sandwich. He should not be working here if he cannot learn some manners and respect his co workers.
Came in for lunch and was served by what appeared to be a new young staff member who seemed a little unsure but was doing their best. Another staff member, Charlie, came out to assist and appeared annoyed at having to help. He rushed through both my order and another customer’s order. While processing my payment, Charlie undermined the young staff member, Lawrence, and dismissively spoke to him. I wanna give 5 star . I have ordered veggie patty and i want it spicy then the boy worked there he recommended me hot spicy sauce which i try first time and thats really awesome and spicy as i want. i really loved it. After finishing my meal the boy came to me and took my feedback thats makes my day . I love their service ❤️
Don't order a doordash/ubereats order from here. They straight up told me they don't make these orders, they just let them sit in the system until it's cancelled
