Came in at 7:30pm and the tables and chairs were all packed up and a worker was mopping, the store hours said closed at 9:30. One customer before us and the 3 girls behind the counter kept switching which sandwich they were making, constantly asked the same questions after being told what toppings. One girl couldn't even open her mouth properly to talk and we could barely understand her. Asked 3 times what sauce and after telling her 3 times it was forgotten. asked for turkish wrap, and they made chicken strips wrap. very unhappy with the experience. And I tested the same thing the next day morning, and again they gave me chicken strips.
This was the worst subway I have ever had and what’s so difficult about making a roll and not to Mention ….. no organisation and very poor hygiene. The guy just kept taking orders whilst there was a back up of orders waiting to be filled with toppings. As a result of the long wait time my footlong roll was as hard as a rock as it had been a cheese toastie. I could not eat it. The guy was literally just wrapping the sub throwed half of the chicken stuffing in the bin didn’t have my choice of sauces was rude never come to this outlet again
