Staff is very rude , they don’t greet you at all just talking and laughing with each other, they have zero idea about hospitality unfortunately. Staff need to learn how to treat people,
I never leave reviews, but I was appalled by the customer service by Georgia not sure if she’s new or something?but I’m pretty sure I could have made my sandwich faster than her. There was also a huge line up behind me. Maybe she needs more training. She was also really rude to me and seemed like she didn’t want to be there. Not happy!!! Won’t be coming back.
Another visit on 25 March. Hopefully owner/manager will read this but there was one great employee - young female name starts with K. She did all the work. Second employee - mature female with butterfly tattoo - was useless. She had to ask 3 times what bread was wanted and then attempted to put meat on a veggie delight sub. Just tried to get some food from here. Stood waiting while one staff member tried to figure out how to put cash in the register while the one who was clearly clocked off just distracted her. Then the worker decided to make a delivery order didn't say anything to the three of us waiting to order. Not sure if it was her first day because she didn't know how to microwave the wrap or meat (extra concerning as it was chicken).
