Worst customer service I’ve ever had, worker didn’t acknowledge me for a solid 3 minutes whilst I was just standing there, then when they did, got what I asked for then chucked it on counter… Do not recommend, probably breaking several OH&S violation laws.
Great example of customer service. Having workers throwing around balls and playing during their shift no seriousness displayed at all what a joke. Will not be going there.
Disgraceful service. The staff was totally disengaged—no greeting and zero effort. The sandwich was a mess and poorly made. This location needs a serious change in staff and standards.
Awesome work by Bek today! Solo on service covering breaks while still busy! A smile and great sense of urgency! She should be a supervisor!
