My husband went in to buy chocolate chip cookies, and instead, we received double chocolate chip cookies. When he returned to address the mistake, the Lady employee was not only unhelpful but also rude, insisting that he had ordered the wrong item. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and unprofessional. It's frustrating to deal with staff who cannot take responsibility for their mistakes.

My husband and I always enjoy the seafood sensation! The staff are very friendly, and the vegetables are fresh. Thank you for the delicious food. We’ll definitely be back!

Did a group order of several subs via Uber Eats and more than half of the orders were wrong. Many of the subs were missing salad and topping choices. My personal sub was missing majority of the salad selections I have chosen over the app. It was also drenched in a sauce that I never asked for - absolutely horrid. Additionally as general feedback from our group order, the staff always skimp on salads and fillings. I have never seen a sub so flat and empty. They also refused refund.
