Rude staff at subway today. Young female brunette staff member put me in my place because I dared to ask to collect my salad as I saw it was ready and didn’t think she was aware I was there. Never have experienced at the Gold Coast hospital subway or any others in the Gold Coast or Brisbane. Am a medical student on placement here and I’m on a strict break time so kill me for asking for it when I can see it sitting there and need to go back. Wow. Shame she’s so rude as she did a great job with the salad??
Last 4 times I've been they couldn't serve me due to missing ingredients or their card machine being down
Waited 45 minutes for pickup order of 3 footlong. Staff in unprofessional and slow. I think these reviews are also not considered as no one reads them. I have to complaint on subway platform as our time is money and they are wasting it a lot. Too slow service.
I have been visiting this store for the last 10 years and this store is not even worth the one star anymore. I did an online order and didn’t get what I ordered they can’t read an order. I payed for avocado at $3.80 as an extra and never received the avocado I asked for spinach and received lettuce I didn’t get cucumber and I had a massive pile of onion I asked for no pepperoni and I got double pepperoni and no salami.
