Customer service was great! Very friendly. Greeted us as soon as we walked in the door. The only negative was the food...we ordered online for in-store pickup and they got our orders mixed up. First, they mislabeled the wrappers. Sandwich 1 was actually 2 and 2 was actually 1 (not a deal breaker). However, the extra protein was added to the wrong sub. Switched from Coke to Pepsi, was the only advantage they had over Capriottis on the otherside of the parking lot
The guy working on shift right now 5/01/25 and the woman here refused to give me his name but he was very rude slamming my food speaking angrily excessively I asked if he had a bad day he said yes as it showed. Just overall bad experience for an overpriced sandwich after work.
