Went there yesterday at around 5pm. Ordered a salad bowl. The server didn’t offer me cheese on the salad I ordered (I had to request it), didn’t cut up any of the salad (I’ve ordered this salad multiple times before and they have at least cut the cucumber/tomato/cheese into smaller portions) then when I went to pay, I asked for cutlery (because I wasn’t offered) only to be told they had run out and I could go to the local Night Owl to ask for cutlery…no apology…& when I asked the person who served me ‘why would you prepare m... read more

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service and food quality at this 115 Victoria Street Mackay Subway . The staff were rude, inattentive, and did not handle customers professionally. I paid full price for my meal, but the sandwich was poorly made and had very little filling compared to what was advertised. It felt like I was overcharged for very little food. Very disappointed with my experience. The food was poorly prepared, the bread wasn’t fresh, and the ingredients didn’t taste fresh either. The service was slow, and the staff seemed uninterested in helping customers. Overall, the quality was far below what I expect. I won’t be returning and cannot recommend this location.

Worst subway I ever had And worst customer service worst communication when we asked them to changed the gloves because we are vegetarian so we asked them to do that the faces on their staffs were so unacceptable all were rude
