The service never here fails to disappoint me. Huge shout out to Mollie who whilst preparing someone’s order rubbed her sniffling nose with gloves on (which went in and out of produce several times after wiping her nose on her hand). Would definitely recommend looking over food safe handling rules - because that was feral behaviour! The other man working there (a trainee) was great, still learning (which he did awesome!).
Brought 2 foot long s The toaster was not working which we were not happy about . So I added beetroot she says that’s extra I said can I have beetroot for free today as your toaster is not working she replied it does not work like that . Disgusting customer service . Also the steak was cold and the southern chicken balls were also cold after she said she would heat them … if it were my business I would had the toaster fixed same day but she said it’s been not working for days ..
Worse SUBWAY ever! So rude. I asked both subs toasted. Only one was toasted. Lady was soo rude and would not toast it when I asked!
The food was drowned in the sauce it was woeful couldn't taste anything else won't be going there again yuck
As again always a favourite chosen and thoroughly enjoyed
