The lady working there today (17th July, around 2:20pm) deserves a big raise, she did amazing handling everything despite being severely understaffed!
Sat in the drive thru for 20 mins waiting to be served and was told by other customers that you had to go inside and order. The workers are just walking past and not even acknowledging the customers through the drive thru. No signage anywhere stating drive through was closed? Had to wait another 10 mins just so that they could even take my order
I went to this store on a busy Friday afternoon. Two young people, male and female were so busy, orders kept coming from inside the shop and from the drive through line constantly. They had no second to spare and I watched them in awe how synchronised they were working with a smile and friendly attitude. I would give them a 100 stars if i can.
Yesterday, I visited the Hoxton Park, Lurnea Subway because the Casula branch is currently under renovation. Unfortunately, the specific bread my son prefers was out of stock, so I left without ordering. I decided to give it another try today, July 4th, and arrived at the store at 9:15 PM.
