Placed an online order, it was suggested a 30 minute wait for 1 item. The store was not busy at all…my order stayed at “building” for about the time it suggested…went in and it was already done, my food ended up cold just because someone refused to be attentive.
Shop closed before posted hours
We ordered online then 10 minutes later we pulled up to the drive-thru. We sat there for 5ish minutes with no response. We pulled forward to the window, thinking maybe the speaker was broke. This rude woman opened the window. We proceeded to tell her it was an online order and she said it hadn't been looked at and slammed the window shut.
