Your employees need to know how to talk to young kids that accidentally got lemonade instead of water. She should have told my autistic grandson that's lemonade, and showed him how to get the water instead of threatening to call the cops. The poor kid went home got in his sleeping and wouldn't talk to anyone. He was so upset that getting his birthday money didn't cheer him up! Not very good customer service. Karma is all I have to say and I hope it gets you good!
The lady working there yelled at my autistic brother because he got lemonade and not water instead of showing him how to get water
My nephews went in to get a water cup and my AUTISTIC nephew accidentally got lemonade instead of water. The worker there instead of telling him he can’t have lemonade that he would have to pay for it she started yelling at an autistic child and threatened to call the cops and have him arrested.
