Ordered through app and was told a pick up time. Got there to pick food up 5 min prior to time I was given and was told they were closed. They took money for the order out and no food. The young lady working was very rude. Fast forward to next morning tried calling for manager was told they were working in store across town was politely told that I had to dispute through my bank because they wouldn’t refund money for an order I never received.
