Saturday lunch. Only one staff member working. Clearly he had more orders coming in than one person can handle. Had to wait almost an extra 30 minutes after my mobile order pickup time to get my meal. Will not return to this location.
I come here once a week and the staff is always friendly.. the place is always clean.. the food is great. I got a sweet chicken teriyaki half and it was amazing! The staff is always amazing and helpful for any needs.. lately they have been playing good music. I will definitely come again soon and maybe try out more sandwiches.. I would recommend anyone curious about subway to come to this location and try it out!
Today at 5p we went into the store to dine in.. We waited 15 min fir the only guy working to tell us online orders came first. So we waited until those were done. Moved very slowly and said im sorry I cant do anything until I turn up the music. Okay! We asked that our sons sub be done first as he just got out of surgery. Ordered through app and was told a pick up time. Got there to pick food up 5 min prior to time I was given and was told they were closed. They took money for the order out and no food. The young lady working was very rude. Fast forward to next morning tried calling for manager was told they were working in store across town was politely told that I had to dispute through my bank because they wouldn’t refund money for an order I never received.
