I recently visited subway at Biggera waters QLD ( Harbour Town )Staff clearly didn’t care. I asked for toasted bread—got cold. Asked for extra onions—got none. Sandwich was dry and falling apart. Didn’t even offer an apology or fix. Just lazy service.
I had a very disappointing experience at this Subway hurbour town . The food preparation was sloppy — the vegetables were not fresh, and the bread was stale. The sandwich was poorly made and thrown together without care. The staff seemed disinterested and unprofessional. We normally go to a nearby Subway, but were in the area recently. We won't make that mistake again. We stood at the empty counter and a young girl peaked out at us twice but never came out. An older lady with wiry gray hair ran out and barely looked at us and asked what we were buying. This lady was huffing with impatience and I've never felt so rushed.
