Sorry but the bread was not proofed fully and over cooks so it was hard and not as fluffy as its should have been, one of the people there at the time walked to the back looking for things multiple tkmes wear their gloves and came back out and never changed their gloves, the knife fell into the waste bin on the line and when i let him know he left it there, and to top it off they were incredibly slow. :(
