Considering I never write any reviews, this had to be done. Very bad customer service from staff here at SUBWAY SHEPPARTON. 1 particularly, she was very rude and abrupt. Accused me of being rude. I asked her to change her gloves as she touched the ham. She got the bread first, then decided to change her gloves. I told her that she was supposed to do it before touching any bread. I called 3 time and she kept hanging up on me it was soo bad
really disappointed in the new management and owners, since their recent takeover. Whilst the facelift improves this space, all the workers have yet to make their customers feel invited. Each time I have been here has been a disappointing result of service, from workers who minimise the amount of salads, sauces, etc on your food, and are yet charging excessive amounts for a sandwich- I would opt for a different subway if I were you, and avoid the unwelcoming, and unfriendly service that you are provided with here
Was given someone else's roll, had ham in it and was disgusted, just given a replacement without any care or thought. furthermore their expired sauces are not thrown out. Would avoid. Cbd subway is best. P.s update. Given the reviws i've seen updated, i'd skip this subway and head for the CBD. You'll stress less and be happier there.
