I was recently visiting family in the Raymond Terrace area and called into Subway to grab a quick lunch. I have to say that Bree is the most rudest, nastiest worker/manager that I’ve ever come across in any fast food establishment! If she has a problem with staff, she needs to learn to take it privately and respectfully, and not publicly during lunch hour where it causes embarrassment for both the worker and the customer! I was so shocked that I couldn’t even say anything! I wish now that I had spoken up!
I was over at Raymond Terrace early and I thought I’d have some subway. I went in to the shopping mall to get some stuff from big W and in the food court I found Subway. I had a nice foot long bacon and egg with some salad on it I had it toasted and it was really nice. I started to eat it and it was nice and warm and it was so nice if you’re going past and feel like some subway, I’ll recommend it from Michael.

Highly arrogant staff. Rude and no customer service. Behaved as if we were intruders. Please visit to experience the worst customer service you can imagine.
I never had a complaint on subway before until now. It took forever to get my order made up, one of the girls was slow at making it, couldn’t even wrap a wrap properly, had people waiting behind me, there was another girl there who won’t even help out serving, lettuce tasted weird probably off. Honestly can find better food for the same amount of money.
