If I could put zero stars I would. Not sure if the team members understood English. Had to correct them numerous times when ordering my food. Ordered a simple ceasar wrap, just with what comes with it. They started putting other salads onto it such as jalapenos. Another team member had to correct the order. And it was still wrong. Ended up some how with a wrap with 3 eggs, full off tuna and no sauce. Staff members need to be retrained.
Passing through Benalla. Both looked at each other when eating and agreed the best Subway we have ever had, and we have had a few. The guy making them had his system happening and was so efficient. Thank you Subway Benalla.
I was really disappointed with the customer service here. The staff were rude and dismissive, which made the whole experience unpleasant. Instead of being helpful, I felt like I was being rushed and spoken to with attitude. Good service goes a long way, and unfortunately, this left a very negative impression.
We were served by the sweetest girl, Leila! She was super kind, fast, made great food and was extremely patient while I was being a pain and changing my mind on what I was getting. She even took the time to compliment my piercings. 10/10 experience thanks to this lovely gem :)
We visited Subway and had a great experience! Leila was friendly, quick, and made amazing sandwiches. Really appreciated her positive attitude and efficiency. Keep up the great work, Leila — and best of luck with your studies!
