Nice clean Subway, friendly staff and a well maintained subway would recommend
Absolutely shocking. Worse staff and attitude I've ever experienced. Rude and downright obnoxious. Please advise your staff that if you want to serve the public have some front of house skills as a bear minimum.
Very bad service by the ladies who work there. I went there and ordered a 6 inch subway and asked for the salad and the lady said I'm not allowed to have more salad, I always go to other Subway and the oadby one near my work, they never refused me to have more salad. Lady didn't understand what I was asking for, she didn't toast the bread that I have asked for and kept ignoring me. Verry rude women both. Left me waiting while they do online orders. Then they didn't hav the bread I wanted. Had to reap to them time and again I want it toasted. They don't understand English. Then they said I can only hav little salad . I just walked out. Not ever going back. No customer service. When they hav no job. Due to lack of customers. They will regret being nasty .I now go to the one in oadby verry nice staff plenty toffings. And they can understand English.
