45 minutes not enough to make a veg wrap plater what a shame
I’ve had a couple of disappointing experiences at this location. On my most recent visit, I was served by Dani, who was very rude and unprofessional, leaving me feeling unwelcome. A few days earlier, I believe I was served by Jacob along with a young lady with black hair. While Jacob was polite and helpful, unfortunately the young lady working with him was extremely rude and dismissive. Me and my coworker came here on our break at 7.30 (30min) to try and get lunch. We were second in line to get our food and then three seperate uber drivers come in and we are told that their orders will take priority, after standing there for twenty minutes we just decide to leave. Absolutely ridiculous. Kudos to the one woman at counter while some tall blonde man stood in the back not helping her at all. Please!! Entered the Subway on Brisbane Street at 11.55a.m. on the 23.7.25 to see a girl with no hat on and her hair was really messy even though it was loosely tied back. I immediately turn round and walked out. Hygiene is really important when working with food and a rule of Subways to wear a hat, apron, and gloves.
