Asked for ham and cheese toasted sandwich (Jaffle implied), got to register and they put it thru as a 6 inch sub ($8.75). Queried why it’s not being put thru as a jaffle considering it is the same ingredients - 6 inch, ham and cheese plain toasted…. and being charged double the price… their response - simply because I did not specify “jaffle”. Ridiculous.
My partner ordered a six inch roll for our child for lunch. Our other child decided he wanted one also as the servant was making the first. The servant Izzy, rolled her eyes on this request. There were no other customers in line. What a poor standard of customer service was experienced. Imagine being inconvenienced to make another subway whilst being paid to do so.
Staff name ( Priti ) - I ordered a 6 inch sub with teriyaki chicken and ham + extras , she didn’t spread any of the meat toppings before toasting the sub, when I received my food and took a bite it was plain cold - dumped it in the bin didn’t bother to go back as there was a line of people 👎🏽👎🏽
Staff serving multiple customers including myself, was wearing the same gloves which i normally don't mind, however, i did not appreciate her dragging her left hand across the bench, then placing her palm over the bread once sliced in half. Its not very hygenic and she didn't seemed pleased when i asked her not do place her hand iver the food she i'm ordering to eat. Gloves should be changed each service, just like u see in Dr. Clinic and hosputals....even more so when dealing with food. Staff should be aware of food, health... read more
