I was served by jai and his service was overly impressive. Not only did he do the basics perfect he went above and beyond to enhance my customer experience in your shop today huge shoutout to him hope everyone can take a leaf off his tree.
The Sub Dog was an absolute Hit when it came out and if it was ever made correctly! Today I was happy to se the return of the Sub Dog but unfortunately was presented with this, I asked for them to make it just like on there advertisement board. And here is what I got. Such a disappointment as I even asked for the bun to be cut down the middle like the picture and was told “NO it doesn’t matter” Will definitely not be returning to this subway, what a horrible experience.
But.....the young lady who made my sub,used gloves to take my money,then went straight back to make another sub without changing gloves... Definetly not good hygiene practice....
