Every time I order honey oat bread it is stale.. Every time.. Last time I was there the kid asked me if I wanted it toasted and I said no he said “you sure” and I again said no thanks. He then proceeded to throw the bread away and grab a fresh one. I was literally speechless, he was justifying giving me stale bread if I got it toasted.
