Worst made subway ever. Not busy yet threw the salads on messily, only 3 vege patties instead of the normal 4 despite charging more than other subways. Avoid.

Very disappointed with today’s service around dinner time 6:50-7:00pm. The staff appeared untrained and unprofessional, with long delays while they were distracted talking instead of serving customers. They talk before asking customers what they want in every steps of making the food. I even had to remind them to toast my bread. Both staff members were unable to properly prepare a wrap, attempting twice and breaking it each time, was attempting for the third time as well, which left my meal poorly presented without a normal ... read more

Very disappointed with today’s service. The staff appeared untrained and unprofessional, with long delays while they were distracted talking instead of serving customers. Both staff members were unable to properly prepare a wrap, attempting twice and breaking it each time, which left my meal poorly presented. The attitude was unacceptable, including cutlery being thrown onto the counter. I recommend management review the CCTV from today to understand the situation and address the service standards and improve please.

Personally I used to love this Subway but I’m curious where all the staff went? Every time I go in now there’s always new trainees on. I don’t think it’s bad but I miss the old staff members, I don’t remember the names but a short blonde girl and another girl that used to work with her. They might not be on when I come in but I never see them around anymore. Hopefully the new people can try to make up to them! I used to love this Subway but I’m curious where all the staff have gone.
