Absolutely disgusted with subway lately, past 3 times we’ve ordered have had nothing but issues. Went in after a full day of hard work to take dinner home to my partner and son, come home to see they didn’t even put cheese on or heat the mozza pots, the burnt and used stale bread on the garlic and herb toastie, there was black rock solid meatballs all through my partners sub, his sub was also squished and could tell meatballs on that sub weren’t heated either, completely cold and you could taste they hadn’t been warmed. Not even worthy of a star .Ordered a chicken ceasar wrap with egg ,bacon and chicken ,and got none of the above,just the salad all for the rip off price of $16.00 ,and she charged me for 6 cookies which i did not order from the young tall lady. I hope she does not choke on her lunch break.
We are regular customers, I wanted a small bottle of coke with my meal to dine in but they didn't have any in the fridge ,I asked why they didn't have any and the young attendant said they probably forgot to fill it... Pretty poor effort by your staff.. Even after I told them it was empty they still couldn't be bothered to fill the drinks. Yet the staff were quite ok with chatting and laughing out the back room. Staff supervision might be a good idea if you don't wish to go broke
Was served by an absolutely amazing lady named Tilly today and today’s the first time that I’ve been able to have a conversation, she was so nice and had a big smile the whole time! Best customer service I’ve had at any and all subways! Amazing staff!
Went for a breakfast sub this morning, floors and table tops weren’t cleaned from the night before, greeting and dress standard was pretty ordinary from staff. Bread tasted stale and they drowned the sub in 45 litres of sauce 👎🏼
