I typically order In the app because my lunch break is limited. Placed a mobile order today, and put in the notes to “please put the dressing on the side”. When I picked my order up, I asked if it was in the side, the girl at the window asked another girl, and I got attitude. When I handed her my bag back, she snatched it and slammed the window. Great place to eat! Good sandwiches!
I ordered from here tonight and my BMT sandwich had so much vinegar on it that it tasted like cleaner. I called and asked for them to remake it. I told them exactly what I had except for the vinegar this time. When I got the second one it wasn't even the right sandwich. My husband got the boss and although he didn't ask them to remake it it had so much pepper, marinara, and ranch on it that it had soaked the whole sandwich and through the wrapper. Very disappointed.
