They barely had any ingredients at the time, the lettuce was brown, almost all of the fountain soda flavors were empty. I was VERY disappointed this last trip.
This store has constant issues. Debit/credit is always down, no staffing, ingredients unavailable, ECT. The lack of management is extremely noticable.
The lovely woman working was working by herself and that is not okay. She did a wonderful job, but to expect someone to do DoorDash, mobile app orders, and walk ins is absolutely insane. She deserves a raise and someone to help offload the work.
Meh. The scanner for coupons never works and they clearly know what they’re doing. Don’t care to get it fixed because they’re saving the customer money, but I bet if it was the opposite where this location was losing money they’d get it fixed real fast. Last hoagie I got here was as hard as a rock and the girl was using the same gloves to make my hoagie that she was using to touch screens. Almost asked her to remake it but just ended up walking out.
