Went to get subway about 10.00 on Friday morning. I stood there waiting to be served. The two ladies that were working were talking to each other, gave me a couple of looks, but didn't come and serve. I ended up leaving. I checked later to see what time they open and it is 9.00.
I went to this Subway store last week in the morning the bread that was used to make my sandwich was dry and not fresh end up throwing it in the bin. The service was rude and unresponsive
Visited today and there was only one staff member working, young man named Kieran. It was quite busy and he was clearly understaffed, but he kept the line moving smoothly and stayed polite, calm, and efficient the whole time. Really impressed with how well he handled the rush. Food was fresh and tasted great too. Great job Kieran
The 2 employees working today during lunch had absolutely no care in the world nor did they have any personality. While it’s fast food and you shouldn’t expect much, a smile and a friendly greeting goes a long way… but sadly the 2 people working seemed like they absolutely hated their jobs..
Went to get my son a wrap tonight, no avo, only had 1 available cheese (old english) not what we wanted but I guess it would have to do. Very disappointing.
