Today was my very 1st time visiting this Subway venue and the Cashier Service was friendly to me when I got served, I had the 6 Inch Philly-Style Three-Cheese Steak Sub from there for Lunch and it was delicious, the service there was very quick which I was very impressed about.
Terrible experience. I've been here twice, had terrible experience first time, still thought of giving it another try, only to know it remains same. People working here are awfully rude, when trying to get in touch with manager - 'I don't have time' is what he said. Staff didn't care to change gloves even when told about the allergies. Only seemed to hurry and get rid of. I was surprised that this was the experience I had from a franchise restaurant. Only if you're looking for a subway, try the other nearest one.
Ordered click and collect rotisserie chicken but they gave me chicken schnitzel instead
After repeating my order 3 times, they still got it wrong. Asked for the new cheesy garlic bread, got a footlong that had half frozen garlic butter spread so hard it tore the bread, so basically had to eat a dismantled sandwich, and it wasnt toasted despite asking twice. And then I had to argue with them about charging me the extra cost for the toasted cheesy garlic. Not to mention 3 separate staff walking away from my order during service and leaving me and others just standing there wondering what was going on. Very poor s... read more
