I went into subway about 10 minutes ago and got my order as usual and when I went to pay with an unused gift card with 30 dollars on it and it didn't work i said do you know whats wrong and they said it's not a subway gift card I showed them the gift card that had subway on it and they claimed that It wasn't eligible the young boy who served me then said that it was a old gift card even though I got it a week before using it Simply just annoying
Probably the most horrendous Subway joint I’ve ever experienced. The roof was shaking and shattering as soon as I stepped in the door, 10 minutes later one tile in particular fell straight down right in front of another via who was about to eat. Plaster and pieces of the roof tile were everywhere. Luckily no one was hurt and both customer and staff member who observed the situation acted accordingly. My Service from Xavier was amazing today! He was very talkative and make sure that my sub was correctly made, he listened to all of my asks, (Even extra extra pickles) and had amazing customer interactions skills. An overall positive environment and very friendly staff. Will most definitely be coming again! (Xavier deserves a raise)
