I was served by Layla. My family and i spent over $60 on our order. The order process was irritating, and the way the sandwiches were made were pathetic. Mind you, 3 of these had nothing for salad, and the other 2 had bare minimum salads. As a previous employee of Subway, the 2 girls in today shouldn't have a job. They were happy to chat about and do no work, such as cleaning the area where your food is kept, keeping it in an acceptable condition. On Tuesday 28 January, I looked up the closing time on Google maps, which stated 8:30pm. I turned up at 8:04 and the sign on the door also stated a closing time of 8:30pm. However the 2 girls inside had already closed down and were cashing up. I asked if they could serve me and they stared at me and one of them said “Sorry we’re closed”. I mentioned the closing time on the sign outside and the other girl shrugged, turned away and rushed off into the kitchen out of sight. Fantastic experience.
Layla is an absolute gem. My previous visit was a little disappointing, served by a young girl that seemed to hate her job and hate people interrupting her by ordering a sub. Layla is just amazing. Service with a big smile and excited to be there. If I walk past the store and she is on, I'll be in for a sub. The sauce application, just perfect. Thanks legend
