I want to report a negative experience at your Subway location around 8:25 PM. My daughter went in to order, and the girl working there was very rude to her. When my daughter asked a simple question about the chicken, the employee responded with a bad attitude. I don’t know how management handles situations like this, but I’m very disappointed. Because of this behavior, I no longer feel comfortable letting my kids go to that location. I hope this issue is taken seriously and addressed properly.
Absolutely the worst Subway location I’ve ever dealt with. Avoid this place if you expect even basic customer service or respect! I placed an order through the Subway app a few weeks back, and the store cancelled it because they didn’t have the item in stock. It’s now been weeks, and I still haven’t received my refund. I visited the store twice to try and resolve the issue. While the staff on-site did make some effort to help, they were unable to do anything.
