All the staff in this store are very friendly and helpful. I’ve tried other stores in Richmond, but this store has the most delicious sandwich. And the environment is very clean. Excellent service, excellent food.
The Subway at Garden City is one of the best places to grab a quick bite! The staff is always friendly and welcoming. I’ve been helped a few times by Jess and another lovely team member – both are exceptional. They always have a smile on their faces and you can tell they enjoy what they do. Great service makes all the difference. Highly recommend this location!

This has always been my Subway go-to location for almost a year now, as I have tried many other Richmond locations and have come to a conclusion that this one is the best in terms of staffs friendliness and store cleanliness. The Washroom is always clean, and veggies are always fresh as well.
