If there were an option to give less than one star, I would have selected it. First of all, the lady taking the order had very poor customer service skills. I was polite and respectful—using “please” and “thank you”—because I work in customer service myself and know how important that is. But her attitude was rude and dismissive. I want to give shout-out to the staff there. Me and my wife visited this Subway location today and the staff was amazing. This is probably one of the best subway locations we visited anywhere in Canada. The place was clean, the food was so fresh and was prepared to perfection. We ordered the new peri peri chicken footlong and it tasted amazing. There is plenty of parking available and the washrooms were clean as well.

Delta 7.20 am I’ve never felt more disrespected at a fast-food place. Went in early morning hoping for a decent start to the day, but this Subway turned it into a frustrating experience. I asked politely for extra veggies, and the staff treated me like I was begging for free food. She added such a small amount it was insulting. On top of that, after every single step—from the bread to the toppings—she kept reminding me “That’s extra, that costs more” in a rude and unfriendly tone.
