Staff literally laughed at my partners order and scoffed at her. Bad experiences here very often. Bread regularly undercooked, the young staff close early which I know management would not approve of. Often refuse service after 6pm when they’re advertised as closing at 7 and constantly rude. This is the worst subway in the whole Newcastle region be aware everyone
