PLEASE fire your cashiers, I went on Friday at 10 pm 31 of June, I ask for the sandwich not to be cut in half and one of the ladies looks me dead in the face while cutting it. Then the cashier wrapped it so awfully that the sandwich fell apart before I could even open it. This has happened 5 too many times and I have had enough, the quality control here has gone down so much and I will never be coming here again, I sincerely hope the staff here can find it within themselves to treat paying customers as such because I would l... read more

I visited Subway at Melbourne Central today and had a turkey sub for lunch, but unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience. The staff preparing the salads were simply throwing the ingredients onto the bread instead of placing them properly and neatly. It felt careless and poorly presented. The only positive part was the staff member handling the payment, who noticed the issue and genuinely tried to correct their mistakes. It was a great lunch at subway. I was served by a girl shreshtha and she’s so sweet. She’s full of energy and I had great experience over there.
