The lady that was working at POS was very impatient with the customer, and was not at all respectful when i told her is it okay if you can melt the cookie in return i got a handle of broken cookies that was all random. Not the original one i wanted. If i wanted a cookie i would specify, but someone doesn’t understand that concept, she made it so difficult to enjoy my food and rather had no enthusiastic and customer value. I already paid for the cookie as well but she gave me the wrong one and it was broken.

Very disappointed with the service at Subway today. There was no clear information that the value deal was not available at this store. After I clearly asked for the value deal with the BBQ chicken, the crew member started preparing my order accordingly. But when I reached the counter, another staff member said they don’t do value deals and charged me $11.55 instead. This should have been informed before preparing the order.
