2025 March: looks like something changed again, for the worse. The girl making sandwiches was on the phone, arguing with customers and complaining to the person she was talking to. It was funny when she complained to a gentleman about him being on the phone getting order details, snapping at him "It's rude to be on the phone" at the same time we she was on the phone. This subway was empty with only one employee working stocking the sub station. She was talking on the phone the whole time I was there waiting to be served. I only wanted 3 cookies. She ignored me when I came in and went to the back for about 5 minutes. When she finally decided to serve me, she acted like she didn't want to be bothered. I kindly asked if I could choose the cookies I wanted (the soft ones) and she said, "We're not supposed to do that." I never had that problem with the subways in Harlem and Evans. This place is top two on my do not got to list the manager lady attitude sucks bad an I mean very bad with all that being said, it trickles down to the rest of the crew members they are very unprofessional. It’s like you’re an inconvenience to them by even stopping at the store. I would definitely go to Ingles across the street before I ever make a trip back into that store again somebody definitely should be fired for the way that they treat their customers. Complete waste of time. These people do not want business. Having to actually do something is a huge inconvenience for them.
